We accept STL, OBJ, 3MF, and STEP files. STL and 3MF are preferred. Maximum file size is 25MB per file. Need to send something larger? Email us at [email protected] and we'll get you set up with an upload link. No file yet? Select design services in the quote form and describe your project from scratch.
Most quotes are returned within 1 business day. Projects requiring design assistance or complex assemblies may take a little longer. We will let you know if we need more time.
Turnaround is estimated after we review and slice your file, giving you an accurate timeline based on the actual job. Print time varies by size, material, detail level, and current queue. We include this in your quote.
The minimum order is $30 per build run. This covers machine setup, material preparation, and quality inspection. Small parts can often be batched together on a single build plate to meet the minimum efficiently.
Yes. Our designers can bring your idea to reality starting from sketches, photos, references, or a plain description. For specialized work like mechanical engineering or organic sculpting we match you with a specialist. Contact us before submitting to discuss scope and pricing.
Yes. Our standard Polymaker lineup covers most applications but we can source specialty or customer-specified materials for the right job. Custom material requests are quoted individually. Reach out before submitting to confirm availability.
Yes. We ship anywhere. Shipping cost is calculated and included in your quote.
Yes. Special rates are available for qualifying educational institutions, government agencies, and ongoing contract clients. Net-30 invoicing available for approved B2B and contract accounts. Note your organization when submitting a quote request.
We offer STL repair and file optimization as a service. We assess the file and let you know what is possible. If a file cannot be repaired we tell you before any work begins so you can decide how to proceed.
File Prep
256 x 256 x 256mm max. Larger jobs can be split into sections — note this in your quote request so we can plan accordingly.
Watertight mesh, no open edges or inverted normals. Meshmixer or Netfabb can fix common issues. We also repair files on request.
